We are Professional engineers having vast experience in engineering Academics, Research and Industry and want to contribute back to the education field by involving ourselves in solving problems related to current education system, specifically technical education system.
Engineering education or in general higher education in India, is at cross roads, lot of changes are taking place, but still students are totally under confusion state.
Industry expects students need to have sound practical skills, so that they can be billed from day one but, the training provided by the egineering colleges, is not sufficient to meet the current needs of the industry.
Research study reveals that suppliement courses are very much required to support engineering curriculum to fill up the engineering academic & industry gap.
In addition to technical skills attitude & life skills are very importnat to survive in the industry for long time.
